Unlike Conventional HF Welders, the ZL3000 is a Continuous HF Welder Allowing the Clamped Fabric to be Welded with No Stopping or Cooldown Time.
The Machine is Widely Used for Welding Banners, PVC and Welding Webbing for Tautliners. The Work Table is Equiped with a Vacuum System to Ensure Zero Movement of the Work Whilst Welding, Especially Good for Extra Long Work. The Welding Table Comes in 3m Long Modules and can be Combined to Suit any Welding Length. Standard Length is 6m. Welding Speeds of 1-6m/min.
