Programmable hot-air sealing machine for continuous seam sealing

The new hot-air welding machine, PFAFF 8330, was developed for welding continuous seams on water-resistant, waterproof and breathable materials. It can also be used for cross seams with 3 material plies. For all tape welding operations which require a high level of process reliability and a reproducible quality. The 8330 can be used in all sectors where seams have to be welded with a tape.

• Automatic monitoring and maintaining of all pre-set or programmed parameters
• Variable post system (post width and position – depending on use)
• Exactly reproducible nozzle setting with x/y-carriages
• During the production sequence programs and parameters can be transferred to other machines
